African Spirit Good Luck Charm - Girl

This delightful 'Good Luck' charm keyring is made using recycled glass beads! The recycled beads are made in Odumase-Krobo in Ghana, West Africa. The beads are then strung together by women of the non-profit Global Mamas at their relatively new Fair Trade Center.

The training center was founded by Gladys Adjimer and Thomas Amuzu in 2007. Together, they provide employment to more than 10 young ladies who struggle to make ends meet. Most of the women, aged 18 upwards have completed junior secondary school. The center provides training in product assembly and a fair living wage. Each of these Keyring Charms are unique, no two are the same! With batik skirts and braided hair, these cute figures are fun gifts for all ages.
