Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for a credit note, exchange or refund. Please send us the unused item in its original packaging by secure delivery to the address given below. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.

Goods are returned to Muenda at your own expense. We can not be held liable for goods that do not reach us. Should you wish to exchange goods, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates. Faulty goods will be exchanged at Muenda's expense. None of these terms affect your statutory rights.

Trade Description
Although we make every effort to ensure that descriptions and pictures of our goods are as accurate as possible, we hope that you will understand that the uniqueness and hand crafted nature of the products means that there may be slight variation in colour or size.

Gift Service
If your order is a gift, we can wrap it specially, include a personal message, and send it directly. We will post the receipt in a separate letter to the person who placed the order.

This service costs $5 in addition to the postage and packing charge.
