Shipping and Returns
We ship all orders via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd day amd UPS Overnight with all online orders.
Shipping charges are based on an order's total dollar amount before any tax, gift wrapping costs or discounts are applied. Additional charges may apply to oversized or overweight items, and this will be noted in the product description detail.
Muenda.com is not responsible for replacing lost packages if UPS can verify the package was delivered. We provide an email with a tracking number once the package has been sent, to notify you of the approximate delivery date.
Delivery Times
Your items will be shipped within two business days after we receive your order. The approximate number of delivery days it take for an order to get to you (after shipping) are the following:
5 days to the west coast and SW states
3-4 days to get to the midwest and NE areas
1-2 days for FL and the east coast
Muenda.com online currently does not ship to areas outside of the USA. If you wish for a gift to be sent outside the USA please call 843-452-3558 for direct assistance.
E-commerce Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Muenda.com gift or product for any reason then please return it using the following guidlines:
